Ekometall identifies and secures prospective mineral tenure across Austria, applies AI-assisted geological interpretation to a proprietary archive of historical mining data, and generates prioritized drill targets. These targets are then advanced through permitting and early-stage drilling, creating a portfolio of de-risked opportunities for joint venture partners and strategic investors. The model is designed for repeatability: one team, one jurisdiction, multiple project areas advancing in parallel.
Two Assertions That Drive Everything We Do
Our thesis is two-fold. First, the tectonic environment that formed the Austrian Alps is conducive to hosting significant copper and other base and precious metal deposits — yet unlike neighboring jurisdictions with similar geology, Austria has remained virtually unexplored in modern times.
Second, many ore deposits exploited throughout Austria’s centuries of mining history are likely larger and more interconnected than what was understood with the technology of their era. Modern exploration techniques can prove both assertions.
